Drive the visual and interactive direction of our client work. You will shape brand identities, oversee UI/UX across projects, and set the design culture of the studio.

• →7+ years across brand, digital, and interaction design
• →Expert-level Figma proficiency; motion design a plus
• →Portfolio demonstrating cross-platform consistency
• →Ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders

Build real-time 3D experiences and immersive web environments for select high-impact projects. Strong graphics fundamentals are more important than framework knowledge.

• →Proficiency with Three.js or Babylon.js
• →Understanding of GLSL shaders and WebGL rendering pipeline
• →Experience optimising 3D scenes for performance on the web
• →Portfolio of shipped interactive 3D work

Own our pipeline. You will identify and close new client opportunities, manage strategic partnerships, and help position Emperor in new verticals.

• →3+ years in B2B sales or partnerships at a creative or tech agency
• →Track record closing $50k–$500k engagements
• →Strong written and verbal communication
• →Comfortable discussing technical scopes with engineering leads
