Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Lead the architecture and delivery of complex client platforms, from API design through to deployment. You will own features end-to-end and mentor junior engineers.
- →5+ years with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- →Production experience with PostgreSQL or similar
- →Strong opinions on code quality, testing, and DX
- →Experience shipping in cloud environments (Vercel, AWS, or GCP)
AI/ML Integration Engineer
Integrate LLM APIs, build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and ship AI-powered product features for our clients. You are comfortable bridging research and production.
- →Hands-on with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs
- →Experience with embeddings, vector search, and RAG architectures
- →Python and TypeScript proficiency
- →Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
Creative Director
Drive the visual and interactive direction of our client work. You will shape brand identities, oversee UI/UX across projects, and set the design culture of the studio.
- →7+ years across brand, digital, and interaction design
- →Expert-level Figma proficiency; motion design a plus
- →Portfolio demonstrating cross-platform consistency
- →Ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
WebGL / Three.js Engineer
Build real-time 3D experiences and immersive web environments for select high-impact projects. Strong graphics fundamentals are more important than framework knowledge.
- →Proficiency with Three.js or Babylon.js
- →Understanding of GLSL shaders and WebGL rendering pipeline
- →Experience optimising 3D scenes for performance on the web
- →Portfolio of shipped interactive 3D work
Growth & Partnerships Lead
Own our pipeline. You will identify and close new client opportunities, manage strategic partnerships, and help position Emperor in new verticals.
- →3+ years in B2B sales or partnerships at a creative or tech agency
- →Track record closing $50k–$500k engagements
- →Strong written and verbal communication
- →Comfortable discussing technical scopes with engineering leads
