Crypto Payments, WhatsApp Calls, and the New Agency Model

The Traditional Agency Model Is Broken

Most agencies were built for a world that no longer exists. Long retainer contracts, slow approval chains, bloated account management layers, and communication that routes through email inboxes and project management tools that nobody actually likes.

The best clients we work with — founders, solo operators, fast-moving startups — don't want any of that. They want direct access, fast decisions, and payment systems that work across borders without a 3-day bank wire.

So we rebuilt how we work.

Direct Communication, Always

We communicate with clients primarily over WhatsApp and Telegram. Not because we're anti-Zoom (we do video calls when they make sense), but because async messaging on platforms people actually use beats formal tooling every time.

What this means in practice:

  • You message us, we respond. No ticketing system, no account manager layer, no "I'll loop in the team."
  • Status updates in real time. Deployments, blockers, decisions — we communicate them when they happen, not in a weekly report.
  • Files, links, and feedback in one thread. The context doesn't get lost across five different tools.

Clients consistently tell us this is the biggest operational difference from working with other agencies. Direct access to the people doing the work changes how projects feel.

Crypto-First Payments

We accept USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, and most major stablecoins. This is how a large percentage of our international client base prefers to pay — and frankly, it's better for everyone:

  • No banking delays. A wire transfer between continents takes 2–5 business days. A USDC transaction takes seconds.
  • No currency risk on stablecoins. USDT and USDC are dollar-pegged, so there's no volatility concern for either party.
  • Global by default. Our clients are in the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, and beyond. Crypto removes the friction of cross-border payments entirely.

We also accept traditional payment methods for clients who prefer them — this isn't ideological, it's practical.

What This Model Attracts

Working this way means we end up with a specific kind of client: founders who move fast, businesses that value outcome over process, and technical teams who want a partner, not a vendor.

It also means we can stay lean. Without the overhead of enterprise account management and payment processing infrastructure, we put more of every engagement into the actual work.

The Trade-off

Direct communication means higher expectations on both sides. We respond fast, but we also expect fast decisions from clients. Projects stall when approvals take weeks — that's true regardless of how well-built the product is.

If you're looking for a long-cycle, heavily-documented engagement with a large agency team, we're probably not the right fit. If you want a small, senior team that ships fast and communicates like a co-founder would, we should talk.
